first 25% of 39 clues

There are many interesting scenes in the first 40 pages in book five of the 39 clues. Like where they receive the anonymous telegram that was sent to Dan. The thing was there were so many mysteries about the telegram. One of them is it is only sent Dan and not Amy. Another is that every letter on the front is capital and only the A’s are lower case. One huge detail about the telegram is that the company who sent it was CAIRO MODERN in all caps. Hopefully later in the story it will tell us why it says this.

Another one of my favorite scenes is the one going, and at the airport. The reason why was because Dan was keep thronging money in the front of the cab saying “drive faster” to the guy who was driving the cab. When they arrived at the airport (which took like five min. because of the way the cab driver was driving) they met another clue finding team with two people in it named Ian and Natalie. Ian thinks that Amy has a crush on her and Amy refuses to admit it even thou she really does. I still don’t understand why they have to get to the airport so fast.

What I know about the first five chapters of the 39 clues is that they are in Russia and have 36 hours to go to five different places in Russia. Maybe the airport is one of the five places? So far the book is a good read and I like it very much and would like to continue to read this great selection.

what I leaned from reading chapter 1

I just finished reading chapter 1 in book 5 of the 39 clues. I know that Dan and Amy Are in Russia and have to get to the airport for somthing before another clue finding team. I know that because it says Dan kept throuing money in the front seat of the cap saying "drive faster". They also received an anonymous telagram. It was sent to Dan. It say's "Cairo International Airport, locker number 328. 56-12-19 NRA. Under the birch tree. Six inches deep. Lies a treasure of bottle caps. A child kept"(if you use link the telegram is on page 4). I wonder what it meant?
